The company founder and director, Danny Goggin is an Associate Member of the RICS and a Registered Valuer, with a Master’s degree in Building Surveying.
Danny’s passion for the industry had humble beginnings, with his journey starting as a trainee negotiator at a successful family run estate agents in Wanstead, East London. Over six years, his knowledge and training helped him to become a senior valuer and furthered his interest in the building and surveying industry. Danny then joined a successful, privately owned surveying practice, where he observed and carried out RICS home surveys, RICS Redbook valuations, lease extensions and snagging surveys. With this face-to-face client role and dealing with the turbulent property market, various builds and the intricacies of sales progression, it helped create a strong foundation of the importance of being approachable, reliable and informative when helping people through the buying process as well as other property-related needs. Danny earned a diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation from the University College of Estate Management, which allowed him to obtain his RICS associate member and Registered Valuer status. This was followed by completing a Master’s degree in Building Surveying at Northumbria University in Newcastle. His extensive knowledge and experience make him a trusted advisor in the industry.
Taking his invaluable experience from both the property sales industry and the professional mentoring from the surveying company and combining it with his training and qualifications, Danny decided to start up his own surveying company, DPG Surveyors Ltd.
